Property information

In this comfortable and modern apartment all your needs will be covered. You will be close to everything. ¡Just 350 meters from beach! (you will have an umbrella and beach towels). A few meters away you have supermarkets, restaurants, museums, ¨chiringuitos¨ and shops. The apartment has: - Complete kitchen. - Bathroom with shower, towels, gel, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer. - 2 Bedrooms with double beds. - Living room with sofa, table and 4 chairs and 50¨ TV. We have free Wi-Fi. You will have for breakfast: tea, coffee, and. The street and the surroundings of the house have ample areas to park for free. If you have a baby and need a cot, you can request one at no additional cost. (not available in the accommodation, you must notify us so that we can prepare it for you). Access to the house is autonomous with a code that will be provide to you with on the day of your arrival. We will be available 24 hours during your stay to answer any questions. Málaga will be happy to have you!

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in the mythical popular neighborhood of Huelin. It is the first neighborhood designed for workers in the city, where the first industrial chimneys of 19th century Malaga were built. Currently the La Tabacalera building, which is located just 50 meters from the apartment, is an essential visit. The beautiful building houses the Automobile Museum and the collection of the Russian Museum of Saint Petersburg. Also a few meters away is the Church of San Patricio built in 1891. Less than 5 minutes walk away is the famous Huelin beach, from where you can see the chimneys of the old factories in the area that decorate the coast in a characteristic way. Today it is one of the purest and most traditional neighborhoods in Malaga, as it preserves much of its seafaring and popular essence. About 500 meters away is the Huelin Park built on the land where the "La Constancia" factory was, one of the first Blast Furnaces in Spain, the Huelin Park is a green space with more than 700 trees and an area of 32,000 m². There you can find two artificial lakes, two areas with swings for boys and girls.
