Lovely, quiet and cozy villa with private pool and BBQ. The house is fully equipped so you do not miss anything during your stay. There is private parking inside. Ideal for families with or without children. The Villa has a large terrace with porch around the whole house with private pool and BBQ. It has 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed King Size, and 2 with double bed), living / dining room with Vodafone TV and free Wi-Fi. Complete bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning hot / cold throughout the house. Bed linen and a set of 2 shower towels (big & little) per person are included. Stays of 2 weeks we will change towels and bed linen at half of your stay. Beach or pool towels are not included. On the terrace/porch there is a dining area and another area to relax with sofas and a chill out zone. The pool is private and has sunbeds for sunbathing. There is a solarium area with great views. Upon request we can provide baby cot and baby chair without any extra costs. BY RENTING THE VILLA YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING RULES: The villa has a capacity of five (5) guests maximum and one (1) baby. IMPORTANT: We may be obliged to collect the city tax from the guests upon arrival at the Villa (2,20 Euro per person/night over 16 years). This tax will be paid at your check-in. It is not allowed to have parties, make noise or shout, this is a residential area. Take care of the apartment, furniture and fixtures, as if they were your own, and leave them as you found them. ***We only accept assistance dogs. For other pets please send request.*** Cleaning fees are included but If you leave the villa dirty and untidy, we will be obliged to charge all the cleaning cost to you. An early check in or late check out may have an extra cost. Ask for that.

Very quiet residential area, ideal for families with children who want to enjoy a pleasant, quiet and relaxed stay. Located in Son Ferrer (Calvià), near Santa Ponça and very close to beaches and Port Adriano. At only 5 min on foot there are all necessary and basic services like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy etc. It is possible to walk around the area, everything is very close. There is also a bus and taxi service to get around. To go to beaches or Palma it is advisable to go by car. Distances to 5-10min from the beach approx and 15min from Palma. The ideal is to rent a car during the stay to enjoy more comfort during your vacation. Excellent location in residential area of Son Ferrer next to Port Adriano & Santa Ponsa or Palmanova, at only 5min from the beach, golf and shops. It has private parking. Fridays there is local market. Nearby there are famous and clean beaches such as the Mago or Portals Vells, SANTA PONSA GOLF and the PORT ADRIANO nautical port or PORTALS NOUS nautical port Easy connection with Palma, 15min by car by motorway and 20min from the airport. There are bus & taxis stops nearby that connect to any side, beaches, golf, shopping center etc. Near to Palmanova, Magaluf and Santa Ponsa (5-10min by car). At 5min by car, there are the famous Western Water Park where you can enjoy a perfect family day. The whole house is available to enjoy.
