About the home: 1st floor * Entrance * Living room with 2x 3-seater sofa, TV, sideboard * Equipped kitchen with kitchen island, dining table and up to 10 chairs * Laundry room with washing machine * Bedroom no. 1 - with double bed * Bathroom no. 1 2 Floor * Bedroom no. 2 (Suite) - with double bed, wardrobe and private bathroom (no. 2) * Attic living room with 1x 2-seater and 1x 3-seater sofa, TV, a bookshelf and writing/office desk. * Bathroom no. 3 * Bedroom no. 3 - with 1x bunk bed with two berths, one down and one above (best suited for children over 6 years old. in terms of weight load and risk of falling), here there is also a bunk bed (i.e. a single bed with two beds stacked on top of another, which can easily be divided so that the bed forms two beds, one of which can then, for example, be moved into another room). * Bedroom No. 4 - with a double bed.
