The apartment is very spacious and bright, it has a comfortable room with a ceiling fan and two single beds, with a built-in wardrobe, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a kitchen separate from the living room with all the necessary equipment for your stay. In the living-dining room, we have a comfortable sofa bed, television, dining area and access to the terrace that has clear views. It has WIFI and hot/cold air conditioning in the living room. The Residential Complex has green common areas, and 2 swimming pools to enjoy during the summer. The pool will be open from June 15 to September 15, however, depending on the date of your trip, we recommend that you check beforehand to confirm that it is open on your dates. Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., if you arrive outside of these hours, let us know when making the reservation to inform you of your Late check-in options. Due to community rules, loud noises cannot be made from 11pm to 9am. SMOKING is PROHIBITED in this accommodation, if you fail to comply with this rule you will be penalized with euros 100. In accordance with the Providence of the Junta de Andalucía published on Monday, October 30, 2023 - BOJA number 208, take into account that the pool in your apartment may undergo changes in hours or use throughout this period.
