Located in a fully gated residential complex. Enjoy a private restaurant with sea views, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner exclusively for residents. The complex features a large pool, gardens, paddle tennis court, and a social club with TV, card area, and fireplace. 24-hour security is provided. The 110 m² apartment includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a queen-size bed with step-free access, two bathrooms, two terraces, a Neff kitchen, and a spacious open-plan living room. A security deposit is required before check-in. Please note: Calpe is growing, and construction may take place in the building or nearby, which could cause occasional daytime noise beyond our control.
