Welcome to Tamango Hill, a luxurious villa of 280 square meters. This exquisite property provides the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday with a private 50sqm pool with possibility to heat up, a lush garden and breathtaking views. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, with beautiful hiking trails in the mountains and the beach just a short distance away. The house is suitable for everything from couples to families and larger groups. The villa has 3 floors and underwent a complete renovation in 2021. As you enter from the ground level, you step directly into a modern kitchen with an open floor plan towards the living room. From the living room, sliding doors lead directly to the private outdoor area with your own swimming pool and the garden. By the pool, there are 6 sun beds and a spacious seating area accommodating 12 people. There is also a cozy lounge group as well as an additional dining area, perfect for enjoying breakfast outside. Ultimately, this outdoor area is the perfect place to hang out, relax, and enjoy the sun with a fantastic view of the sea and mountains. The high-end kitchen is fully equipped. There is even a wine cooler that maintains your wine at the ideal temperature, ensuring it remains perfectly chilled at all times. The villa has a total of 7 spacious and luxurious bedrooms, out of which five have double beds, one room has a large single bed (140cm), and one room is a children's room with two separate beds. Two of the bedrooms upstairs also have private balconies. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms. There are 4 bathrooms available in the villa. Downstairs, there is an additional living room with a TV, perfect as a recreational space for children or a cozy spot to relax on the sofa in front of the TV. Heated pool is on request.
