I provide a unique alternative to a hotel by offering affordable, architect-designed rooms within my private home for a personalized and comfortable stay. * Be ware : 🥂5/day kitchen fee Scandinavian style, architect designed Village House set in Tiana - exclusive village just outside Barcelona. This is a Homestay : a shared house concept. Our ATTIC is on 2d flr with its own tiny bathroom, lounge area, work station, well equiped and glamourous sleeping area: access through its own double staircase and no door. Our SUITE is on 1st flr with its own designed black and blue bathroom, dressing and lovely balcony. Ground Floor: dining & living room, garden. Outdoor small free parking at the street gate. Our home is a discreet terraced house with a designed and warm inside setting. Fancy village with enough restaurants and local shops to meet your needs.
Born in the 70's, I am a French dedicated host -10 years of experience welcoming travellers from all over the world- who also work as an executive business coach in Barcelona surroundings. I've been living nearly 30 years in Spain and 16 in Catalunya. ** I love cooking -so you will have your own spot in the fridge and shelves as well as a direct access to my whole equipped kitchen. Be ware there is a 5 per day kitchen use fee ** We speak French, English, Spanish and Catalan. ** My mascots live 24/7 outside in the garden. **
Tiana is a welcoming village at 10mn drive from the beach of Montgat and seaside restaurants. 35mn to the Airport, Plaça Catalunya, Sagrada Familia. Up the hill you access in 25mn the Montmelo's GP and F1 circuit. My Homestay is a shared house concept. Discover Barcelona: walk in the Gothic, admire the Sagrada Familia, visit Gaudi's chef d'oeuvre, book a spa treatment, go to F1 GP race, Dali's museum at Figueres, taste catalán delicatessen, have some good wine.. and dance! I help you: online tickets, guided sightseeings, good restaurant booking in Tiana or seaside. Better to rent a car/motobike/scootr or.. use public transport!
