Located right on the first line of the sea, this 50 sq. m apartment offers a bedroom, a living room, and a spacious terrace on the second floor of the building.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning that also functions as heating, and ceiling fans are installed in every room as well as on the terrace. Glass curtains (sliding glass panels) on the terrace provide year-round comfort, allowing you to enjoy the space even during windy, rainy, or cold weather.
The building features a swimming pool, an elevator, and direct access to the promenade. One parking space within the premises is included in the price.
