There’s also a dedicated playroom with toys, LEGO, board games, card games, Meta Quest 2 VR, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Wii, and surfboards — ensuring endless fun for all ages. The pool area features luxuriously oversized cushioned sun loungers. In the backyard, you’ll find a built-in barbecue, outdoor kitchen, and a large dining table for group meals, plus a wooden deck with leather sofas. The Jacuzzi sits in a lush garden, creating a serene and luxurious retreat. The villa is divided into 4 apartments. When booking up to 16 guests, 3 apartments with a total of 10 rooms are included. The small apartment with three rooms downstairs (Room 9, 10 and 11) is only included in bookings with more than 16 guests. Even if that apartment is not used by you, it will not be used by any other guests; it will be locked and empty. - HOUSE RULES - • Guest Policy: You are not allowed to bring extra people to the villa without permission from the owner. Only paying guests may stay in the villa. All guests will be registered according to Spanish law. • Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited indoors. • Quiet Hours: Between 22:30 and 08:00, loud music or other disturbances in the outside area are not allowed. • It is not permitted to bring your own large speakers into the villa.
