The third apartment (1 bedroom apartment), with 45 m2, has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a large separate bedroom. In this apartment all the rooms are very bright with windows to two interior patios. The location is perfect for exploring the city center and getting to know the most popular places and local customs. You will be able to enjoy all the magical corners of the city while taking a leisurely stroll. The privileged location allows you to enjoy all the attractions of the city without the need for long trips.

Property information

At this same address there are three apartments whose details can be seen in the photos of each of them. THE PENTHOUSE has two bedrooms and a private terrace of 20m2, WITH A VIEW IN THE OLD TOWN FROM TERRACE another is a 41m2 loft-style studio with windows overlooking Comedias Street and the third apartment consists of about 45 m2 with a very bright independent bedroom. The location is perfect for exploring the city center and getting to know its most popular places and native customs. You can enjoy all the magical corners of the city while taking a quiet walk. The privileged location makes it possible to enjoy all the attractions of the city without the need for long trips.

Neighbourhood information

We are sure that you will have a pleasant stay there. It is located in the heart of the city, a step away from the Thyssen Museum. In the area you can find shops, restaurants and bars of all kinds; as well as museums and places of interest. Pier 1 and Malagueta Beach are about a 10-minute walk away.
