Welcome to this charming loft in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, ideal for 2+1 guests. Located on the ground floor of a building with lift, it offers a comfortable and functional stay for those seeking relaxation and proximity to the city centre. The saltwater pool located on the roof terrace is the ideal place to cool off and enjoy the good weather. Its dimensions are 5.5x3 metres with a depth of 1.25 metres. In addition, there is an outdoor bath for added comfort and hammocks in which to relax in the sun. The interior consists of a bright living-dining room with Smart TV, central air conditioning and underfloor heating, creating a pleasant atmosphere at any time of year. One of the guests can relax on the sofa bed. The kitchen with ceramic hob is fully equipped with the necessary utensils for your stay. The other two guests can relax in the bedroom with a double bed. A bathroom with shower completes your stay. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair. The swimming pool is open daily from 1 May to 30 October from 11:00 to 15:00 and from 17:00 to 22:00. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice. The Andalusian town, known for its Manzanilla vineyards and beautiful sunsets, offers a charming historic centre. Also not to be missed is Doñana, one of Spain's most important nature reserves. If you prefer, its golden beaches, such as La Calzada and Las Piletas, are ideal for relaxing.
