There are currently construction works near the property, so noise may occur during certain hours of the day. Villa Mar Azul is a luxurious house located in a quiet residential area of Puerto Calero, just 3 km from Puerto del Carmen and a short walk from the marina, where you'll find bars, restaurants, and a supermarket. It’s also close to a modern sports centre with a gym, saltwater pool, and tennis courts. The villa features 3 bedrooms, each with air conditioning, Smart TV, and en-suite bathroom (one with a bathtub, the others with showers). One bedroom includes a safe. There is also an additional guest toilet and a hairdryer is provided. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and kitchenware for 6 people. A spacious dining room separates the kitchen from the large living area, which has a big sofa, air conditioning, Smart TV with international channels, and high-speed fibre WiFi. Outside, there is a large terrace with a dining table, sun loungers, parasol, outdoor shower, and a barbecue. The private swimming pool can be heated for an extra charge. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also available for guest use. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Extra cleaning and linen/towel changes are available at an extra cost.
