Fantastic bungalow-duplex with large terrace in front of one of the best 5 star hotels in Meloneras in the south of Gran Canaria. It is distributed on two floors . On the ground floor we find a great artificial grass garden and a magnificent terrace. Spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen. Smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, etc. We find another large terrace in the rear area of ​​the property to enjoy the morning sun open air. On the upper floor are the bedrooms and the bathroom. The master bedroom has a huge built-in wardrobe and a balcony. Direct access from the street (you do not have to cross the complex to access the bungalow). Meloneras in one of the most popular areas in the south of Gran Canaria. Surrounded by 5 star hotels a few meters from the sea, a golf course and a beach (Meloneras beach). This property has been lovingly conditioned by its owners in 2018 and its main objective is that its guests feel as comfortable as possible and have a most pleasant stay possible.
