In Manilva, the holiday apartment 'Marina de la Duquesa 805' boasts an excellent location close to the beach. The 55 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include centralised air conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi, a washing machine as well as a TV. Furthermore, a table tennis table, a shared gym, gym equipment and a shared sauna are available on the property. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area (covered terrace with a barbecue). A shared outdoor area, consisting of 4 pools including a children's pool, a garden, a open terrace, an outdoor shower and a tennis court, is also available for your use. One pool is open all year, the other 3 are seasonal. 2 parking spots are available (one covered and the other outdoor). Pets are not allowed. The property has step-free access and an elevator is available in the building. An Ebike is provided. From October 1, pools cannot be used and will remain closed (for obligation of Junta de Andalucia). Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
