APARTMENT - Practical and cozy apartment in Barajas, a step away from the Plaza Mayor of Barajas, where you will find restaurants, shops, pharmacy,... Ideal for working, resting and enjoying the city, thanks to the proximity of the Madrid/Barajas Airport, complex IFEMA fair, Riyadh Air Metropolitano stadium, Santiago Bernabéu and city center. The apartment is located 7 minutes from the metro station, and 4 minutes from bus and taxi stops. -The apartment has a living room with an integrated kitchen, Smar-TV television and all the necessary appliances: refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, microwave, Nesspreso coffee maker, clothesline, iron, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans.. -The bedroom has a 1"50 bed, a walk-in wardrobe, side tables and another Smar-TV. -Bathroom with shower screen, hairdryer and exterior window. -Towels and bedding according to quantity and days in the reservation. - Complimentary gel, shampoo, water, infusions and coffee #IMPORTANT DETAILS: -ONLINE CHECK-IN, entrance to the apartment autonomously, through a safe for keys, before arrival we send you the code to collect the key upon arrival and deposit it at the end of the stay. -Legal registration of travelers, for legal reasons we need identification data.
