This beautiful villa is located in Playas de Muro and can accommodate up to 6 people. The exterior of the house has a large and well-kept garden where you can relax or sunbathe and an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy the barbecue while you have a drink and watch the little ones playing in the children's area. Inside the one-storey house you will find a bright living-dining room, equipped with TV, ideal to enjoy your stay and where you can access one of the terraces of the house and the garden. The kitchen is prepared for you to cook with total comfort as it is equipped with all the necessary utensils. From the kitchen we can access the back porch, where there is a small bathroom. The property also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there are three bedrooms. Two of them have two single beds and the other one has a double bed. All of them are spacious and overlook the garden. The house has two bathrooms; one with a bathtub inside and one with a shower outside. The rooms are not equipped with AC, but we can provide fans if you need them. If you wish to travel with your baby, we can also provide a cot and highchair.

The house does not have a swimming pool but it is not necessary as it is only a few metres away from the biggest and for many people the most beautiful beach of Mallorca, Playa de Muro. This is a large beach of several kilometres in length that runs almost the entire length of the Bay of Alcudia, from Puerto de Alcudia to Can Picafort. Dunes and more dunes of fine sand bathed by the blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. All this just a few metres from the garden of your villa. Besides this beach you are also very close to the famous area known as Playa des Capellans, a well-known area where you will discover a great beach where you can refresh yourself or go to eat paella in one of its famous restaurants on the dunes of the beach. The area also has many places within a few minutes drive that will not disappoint you such as the Albufera, the charming villages of Alcúdia, Pollença and Artà, the area of Formentor, the Cap del Pinar with its small coves, the little fishing village of Colonia de Sant Pere, the beaches of Sa Cànova...etc.
