Mimosa enjoys a peaceful location on the outskirts of Benissa by the Coast near beautiful coves with beach bars. Moraira lies only 3 km away. The villa is near some of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca where a variety of restaurants, bars and shops can be explored. This is why this wonderful area has become a major hotspot for everyone wanting to experience this beautiful sun-filled place.
The villa welcomes us with a charming outdoor area. It presents us with a private pool, surrounded by a large terrace with sunbeds and a secluded BBQ/dining area, all encompassed by a traditional Mediterranean-style garden. The entire villa is built on one floor. From the parking place, we enter a spacious lounge with a slightly rustic touch. The lounge offers Sat+TV+DVD+A/C and leads to a fully modern equipped kitchen.
From the lounge, we flow into 2 double bedrooms with Air conditioning, a shower room with a washing machine and another double bedroom with an ensuite shower room. A covered terrace, overlooking the swimming pool, is a nice place for morning breakfast while enjoying the beautiful views. Mimosa offers the perfect combination of calmness nearby a beautiful coast and the golf course Ifach.
