There is a 600Mbps Fibre Optic internet connection offering powerful Wifi throughout the house & IPTV, Spanish channels and Netflix on the TV. There is also a tower speaker with Bluetooth connection connection to play music from your mobile devices. The kitchen has a large oven and a 4 ring gas hob. There is a large gas BBQ on the terrace along with a fridge and small freezer on the terrace for drinks. There is one large table seating 6 on the terrace and a further smaller table if required. There is a toaster, a blender, a kettle and a microwave in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with many sets of cutlery and plates and glasses as well as pots, pans, cooking utensils etc. There is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The house is suitable for children and people with reduced mobility as it is all on one level with a couple of steps up to the entrance. This is a house where I lived for 10 years and then when we bought another house to began to rent it out for short term holiday rentals.
