This superb townhouse has the added benefit of a stunning glass curtained downstairs terrace area, giving a larger than average living accommodation.
This lovely property is split over two floors, on the ground floor is the main "open concept" family living/dining/kitchen area, the glass curtained terrace is the dining area. There is a bedroom (1 double) with adjoining bathroom with bathtub.
Upstairs, there is a master bedroom (king size bed) and shower room with an A/C machine. The sunny terrace leading from the hallway has picturesque views over the golf course, an ideal place to enjoy the afternoon sun.
On the terrace you will find a lovely terrace where you can relax and take in the lovely golf course views in the evenings.
