On Condado de Alhama gated resort containing a Spar supermarket. Bars, restaurants etc..

Condado de Alhama is a friendly neighbourhood which can be busy during peak times with families on holiday! It is home to a broad range of family units from young families to older retired couples!
Unassigned on street parking is available to the rear of the apartment!
There Is a small childrens play area to the front of the apartment, the swimming pool is approximately 60m away and you are about a 5 minutes walk from the Jack Nicklaus designed Alhama Signature golf course clubhouse.
The bars and shops at Al Kasar is about a 12 minute walk away.
