Welcome to our idyllic natural stone finca near Porto Cristo! Set on a spacious 15,000 m² estate, you’ll enjoy absolute tranquility, breathtaking sea views, and a 12-meter private pool, which is professionally cleaned twice a week. With approximately 240 m² of living space and four lovingly furnished bedrooms (three with en-suite bathrooms), the finca is perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends. Look forward to a 1.8 × 2 m waterbed, two 1.6 × 2 m double beds, and 0.9 × 2 m single beds. In the spacious living area, you’ll find high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV (including Netflix and Disney+), and a cozy wood-burning stove (firewood included) for cool evenings. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove, fridge-freezer, and a bean-to-cup coffee machine—perfect for cooking together. The large terrace invites you to relax on comfortable loungers under the fragrant lemon tree. A gardener discreetly tends to the outdoor areas once a week. Two friendly cats and a pet pig also live on the property, but they do not require any care. Porto Cristo is just a 10-minute drive away. High-quality towels and bed linen are included, and additional cleaning services during your stay can be booked upon request. From November to February, a fixed amount of heating oil is included in the price; any extra consumption will be charged separately. Please note that parties or unregistered guests are not permitted. In accordance with “Real Decreto 933/2021” and “Ley Orgánica 4/2015,” all guests are required to provide their personal information before check-in so that we can register them with the local authorities. Our accommodation holds an official vacation rental license ETV-12387, registered under the company Tale Stays SL. The finca is also managed locally by Tale Stays SL, which means that the legally required police registration of all guests is handled through our company.
