It is the perfect choice for families seeking a tranquil Mediterranean escape in a peaceful residential area, without compromising on modern comforts. The private garden is beautifully maintained, with lawns and trees providing natural shade and a refreshing ambience. The porches and furnished terrace offer a choice of sunny or sheltered spots for reading, relaxing, or sharing meals, while the fixed barbecue provides the perfect setting for outdoor dinners together. Inside, the house combines modern comfort with a welcoming atmosphere. The ground floor features a bright, open-plan space connecting the living room — equipped with air conditioning, a Smart TV, and satellite channels — with the dining area and fully fitted induction kitchen, creating a practical and functional environment. A guest toilet is also located on this level. The first floor houses three bedrooms: two doubles with wardrobes and air conditioning, and a third with a trundle bed.
