The entrance is on the first floor (ground level), and accommodates two spacious and bright bedrooms with double beds, electronic blackout blinds, and air conditioning. Both bedrooms have their own private, spacious bathroom with toilet and shower. On the second floor, you will find the kitchen, living room, and another bathroom with a toilet and a washing machine. The kitchen is of high standard and fully equipped. There is also a dining area for 6 people in the kitchen. The living room features a comfortable bed sofa, coffee table, and a Smart TV. You have direct access to the south-facing balcony from the living room, which is furnished with a sitting group for 6 people. From this balcony, there is a staircase leading up to the third floor where you'll find a breathtaking rooftop terrace of 35 square meters. Here, you can enjoy panoramic views of the sea and mountains, with sun from morning until evening. The terrace is furnished with a lounge area, sun loungers and a dining table for up to 8 people. It is also equipped with an outdoor kitchen with running water and a refrigerator, and a gas grill. This rental is managed by us on behalf of the owner.
