Stunning finca situated between the mountains of Andratx, surrounded by forest, with private pool and space to accommodate 10 guests. 5 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms / 10 people + Baby / Swimming pool / Garden / Terraces / Barbecue / WiFi ADDITIONAL NOTES - A few days before your arrival you must contact the agency to give data for check-in. - One day before your arrival the reception office provide time and place to pick-up the key. - Check-in: 16.00 - 00.00 p.m. - Check-out: 00.00 - 10.00 a.m. - Late check-in is provided only if it is possible. Please specify availability, cost and hours upon prior request. DEPOSIT - Upon arrival guests pay 800,00 euros by bank card for the deposit. It is refunded within 7 days since check-out if the house is in agreed conditions. - Extra electricity not included in the price: 20,00 euros per day. PRIOR REQUEST - Transfer service is arranged for extra fee 72 hours beforehand. - Baby cot and high chair are provided free of charge. - Second baby cot and high chair 10,00 euros/day. - Extra bed if available: 28,00 euros/day. - Additional heating is charged for consumption of gasoleo 2.00 euros/liter and deducted from the deposit. All additional amounts paid to the agency upon arrival. TOURISM TAX Since July 2016 local authorities established tourism tax (ecotax): - 2.20 euros/ person/night for the first 8 days. All following days 1.10 euros/person/night. Not applicable to children under 16 years old. - It is mandatory for all tourists in Mallorca to be registered in National Police Portal. ALL GUESTS OVER THE AGE OF 16 MUST SEND THE FOLLOWING DATA: 1. Flight arrival and departure time. 2. Mobile phone number. 3. Passport or identity card number. 4. Name and surname. 5. Date of birth. 6. Date of issue of passport or identity document. 7. Expiry date of passport or identity document. 8. Country.

At 20 minutes drive from Puerto de Andratx, this finca is in a quiet environment in the middle of nature. The harbour invites for long walks in the afternoon, maybe a gin and tonic in one of the bars watching the sunset. In Andratx, there are supermarkets, a gas station, bars and good restaurants. In 20-30 minutes drive you can reach sandy beaches, e.g. Sant Elm, Camp de Mar or Paguera, as well as the golf course of Santa Ponça and the amusement park Katmandu. The Serra de Tramuntana is a reference for walkers and cyclists, who come especially in spring, autumn and winter. We recommend visiting the villages of Valldemossa, Galilea or making an excursion with the old train from Palma to Sóller.
