ABOUT US If you are reading this, it’s probably because you are an ardent lover of Jávea and the Costa Blanca. Or that you are simply curious about us and what we do, so allow us to introduce ourselves…. Jávea Holidays began life in 2001 when two friends, who had recently relocated to the Costa Blanca from the UK, decided (over a chilled bottle of local vino blanco) that Jávea and its surroundings were simply too beautiful to be kept to themselves. Olive Beach is a homely, spacious 1-bedroom ground floor apartment just a stone’s throw from the café’s, restaurants, and beachfront of Javea Port. Located on the ground floor of Jardines del Sol I, the apartment has direct access via a small patio to the communal pool and gardens; resplendent with mature olive trees, pretty planting and grassy lawn. Up a few steps from the open air patio, a lovely, covered terrace area with dining table and chairs looks out over the gardens and pool, offering a shady spot away from the midday sun. Inside, the ample lounge-diner, decorated in neutral, beachy tones, has a comfy sofa-bed (for one), dining area and an open plan kitchen. The bedroom, with its elegant silver framed double bed and peach toned walls, is simple yet inviting. The adjacent bathroom has a good-size walk-in shower and handy storage shelves for all of your holiday potions and lotions. Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that groups of people less than 25 years in age are not permitted at this property. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Should you be under the minimum age requirement and proceed to confirm the reservation regardless, on arrival you will be denied entry to the property and forfeit any right of refund. 2/ Winter reservations between 01 November and 31 March, longer than 31 nights in duration receive a special discounted rate and DO NOT include utility bills such as electric and water or weekly linen changes.
