Fantastic and modern newly renovated apartment. In the building you can enjoy the swimming pool and private parking with remote control, just below the apartment. Splendid and spacious terrace to enjoy the tranquility of the area at the outside table. Air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, one of them with a private bathroom. Wifi and smart TV in front of comfortable sofas. Completely new kitchen equipped with dishwasher and all types of appliances. Washing machine and ironing utensils. The entire apartment and the terrace are for the exclusive use of guests. It is located in the modern Playa del Carmen building, where the exterior entrance and the parking pool area are shared with neighbors. Parking spaces are numbered and assigned to each apartment. To use the crib, guests must request it in advance, it is not always in the accommodation. All guests over 14 years of age must complete a traveler check-in register with their ID. It is prohibited to use glass in the pool. Smoking is prohibited inside the house. It is allowed to do it outside.
