The Eixample neighbourhood is one of the most sought after in Barcelona, with its tree lined avenues & Modernist buildings on every street, you really couldn't ask for a better location. This prime central location has easy access to the airport, train stations & the entire city, the most iconic sights of Barcelona are a short walk away. Some of the most delightful cafes, bars and restaurants are found in the modernist Eixample neighborhood, there really is no better location from which to explore, this wonderful city. Set out in a grid like pattern Eixample is divided into two parts separated by passeig de Gracia in the middle. Eixample Derecha & Eixample Izquierda (left and right) Homes are large and spacious and make the most of the space, with often street to interior layouts, our apartment sits just one street to the right of Paseo De Gracia, a magnificent location surrounded by the delights of Modernism & Art Nouveaux. There is plenty to see and do in Eixample and its a nice retreat after a full day of sightseeing, You won't feel overrun with tourism, unlike the downtown areas of the city. @myrentalhost #myrentalhost

By law in Barcelona, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors.

Parties or loud music are strictly not allowed. If neighbors are disturbed or the police are called, the reservation will be cancelled without refund.

Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the apartment. You may smoke on the balcony - please use an ashtray and do not throw cigarette butts on the floor. If smoke, burns, or any related damage is found, a minimum 250EUR cleaning/damage fee will apply.

Sorry, no pets are allowed in the apartment.

Do not leave the key inside the lock when you leave, or you will not be able to re-enter, and a locksmith will need to be called at your expense.

Forgotten keys requiring emergency assistance: 50EUR.

If locks need to be changed: from 200EUR.

Lost or unreturned keys: 180EUR per set.

Late check-out without prior agreement: 50EUR per hour.

Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay. If unauthorized guests are found, the security deposit will be withheld and the reservation may be cancelled.

Please do not take the white towels to the beach. Ask us about renting beach towels instead.

Please lock all doors and windows and turn off the AC when you leave the apartment.

For stays of 28 nights or more, a 200EUR monthly contribution for utility bills (electricity, water, gas) applies, payable in advance at check-in.

As per Barcelona law (Ley Ciudadana - April 2017), we are required to collect passport details for all guests. This information is submitted to the police within 24 hours of your check-in, just like in a hotel.

A security deposit is required and will be held on your credit card. It will be refunded 7 days after check-out. If paid in cash, the refund will be made via bank transfer, and any transfer fees will be the guests responsibility.
