Welcome to our cozy and newly renovated apartment in the area of Torviscas Alto. It is perfect for a couple's vacation or a solitary getaway. Best of all, it has a large terrace offering spectacular views of the sea and the coast. The residential complex is very quiet and has 2 communal pools. The large pool is perfect for cooling off on hot summer days, while the smaller one offers more privacy.

Neighbourhood information

The complex "Balcon Atlantico" is very well strategically located. When going out of the complex, just within a 5 minutes walk, there is a small commercial center with a SuperDino grocery store, a sushi bar, an Italian restaurant, and some other restaurant options. The spa and gym complex "Aqua Club Thermal", considered the biggest spa of Canarias, is just at a 5 minutes distance as well! A bigger supermarket and various high quality restaurants are available in the commercial center "X-Sur" at just 15 minutes walk away. A car is not necessary to move through the area, but is recommended, if you wish to get quicker to the beach or to discover our beautiful island . In case you decide to rent a car, there is no private parking available, but you can easily find a free public parking space around the complex. In case you dont drive, there is a bus station available just in front of the complex, which can connect you with any point of the island. Recommended bus app is "Moovit". Recommended app for taxi is "UBER" and "TaxiClick". It is the upper area of Costa Adeje. The only area that offers sunset shows every evening over the ocean and the coast !
