Welcome to this studio located in Torrevieja, 20 minutes from the Cabo Cervera beach and with shared pool. Ideal for 2 guests. This cosy single-storey space offers a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Outside, there is a shared chlorine swimming pool. There is also a barbecue area to enjoy the summer evenings in company. The interior is designed to maximise comfort with a lounge area with a sofa and a table to enjoy your evenings. In the same space you will also find the television and the open gas kitchen with all the necessary utensils for you to cook in comfort. There is also a washing machine. A double bed and a bathroom with shower complete your stay. There is no cot or high chair. Swimming pool opening hours are from 10h to 15h and from 17h to 21h. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice. Updated information will be available upon your arrival.
