This is a three bedroom apartment located on the first floor of a heritage building. As you enter, you have two bedrooms. On your left, a spacious master bedroom with a queen size bed, and on your right a small bedroom with a single bed which converts to a double bed. Please note this compromises the space in the room. The third bedroom is located on the second floor. It offers a double bed and access to the large, private outdoor terrace. This bright apartment has a spacious living room area, with a large 50" flat screen TV and free WiFi. There is also a small Juliette balcony. The living room connects to the spacious dinning room which sits six people. From there you can access the fully equipped kitchen and bright sunny laundry. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay. Electric cook top and oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, three different coffee machines, toaster, kettle, electric mixer, electric juicer, crockery and cutlery, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Towels, pillows, sheets and blankets are all provided. The modern bathroom is equipped with a rainfall shower head, hairdryer and necessities. All rooms have block out shades and are fitted with reverse cycle air-conditioning and ceiling. Smoking is permitted but only in the outdoor areas. The apartment does not have a lift, so guests will need to go up one flight of stairs to reach the front entry door. Once inside, the only access to the upstairs bedroom and outside terrace is up another flight of stairs. There are both free and paid parking surrounding the apartment.
