I live in Manresa, I am a computer technician in a company of my creation Net Engineer, S.L. I have a couple of flats that I manage myself. We are in constant contact in case of need. We give two mobile phones to reach us at any time.

Property information

Catllaràs is a tourist rental apartment in Pobla de Lillet on fist floor, that is rustic for receiving up to 6 guests, although the ideal is for 4 (two double rooms plus a sofa bed in the living room). It has a modern rustic design, most of the furniture has been handmade by the owner, inspired by the rural area, but in the apartment there are all the comforts: Steam fireplace (decorative), gas heating, three large screen TVs. flat, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, ... the rustic and cozy character of this apartment with a strong personality. It has the characteristic that it has 2 entrances/exits, one on each side of the house. By the rear exit, a space on the street where you can place a table and folding chairs with an umbrella, ideal for having a drink outside in summer. This small terrace is open to the street, we can use it but it should be noted that it is part of the public street and is open to it, it is not a totally private and closed terrace. Cozy and country, in this apartment wood and stone are its protagonists.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in a building on the right side of the Llobregat river. It is located in a very narrow old stone street, so it is impossible to park in front of the house, although not very large cars can pass and stop to unload. To access the building, standing in front of the town hall, where there is the pharmacy, you have to cross the small stone bridge that is right in front, and about 30 meters away, there is the red apartment building. We are right in front of a restaurant and 60 meters from the town hall and the town center, but being on the other side of the river allows us to be a little calmer.
