Fully equipped 3-bedroom apartment with balcony. Located in the city center, 200 m from Plaza de Toros. One of the really best locations in town, all in just a few steps around. Popular restaurants, tapas bars, shops, supermarket, 7/365 grocery store, bus stand, taxi stand, self-service laundry, pharmacy, hospital... Easy free parking on the streets. Catamaran to Cadiz and fine sandy beach is within just a few minutes' walking distances. Fast and free internet available in all areas. The apartment is newly renovated in 2020, all is new inside. It has 3 separate bedrooms, a separate living room with sofa, chair, TV, dining table + chairs. And there is a separate fully equipped kitchen with the dining table + chairs, large fridge, freezer, microwave, glasses, dinnerware, cutlery, accessories. Hand sanitizer available for free. And the separate bathroom with shower. Also, there is a balcony with table and chairs facing the street with popular restaurants, bars, and pizzeria. The apartment is on the second floor, there is no lift. The air-condition cooling/heating is in the living room and in all bedrooms are the main light with the helicopter :-)

The whole house has only 6 flats, 2 on each floor. One of them is the apartment. On the second floor, right-hand side. It has its own access. Check-in is self-serviced, the keys are placed inside the code-locked box. The box is on the left down side of the main door from the street. Plaza de Toros is 200 m away, Catamaran to Cádiz 900 m, fine sandy beach Puntilla 1200 m, the main cathedral 500m, Plaza de Espana 500m, shopping street Avenida Ejercito 200m.
