Property information

Modern and stylish beachfront apartment in Puerto Pollensa (with a lift) beautiful pine walk. This air conditioning apartment is spacious and airy with a furnished large terrace with stunning views of the bay and a few minute's walk to the centre of town. The entrance is on Calle Pescador, rear street, only a few steps to the beach. Washing machine, dryer. Wifi, multi-channel Tv, air conditioning throughout the apartment,acoustic insulation double glazing on bedrooms,drinkable water filtration.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment Rafael is located in pinewalk area which is about 10 minutes walk to the centre of Puerto Pollensa and very near the centre you will find the bus station with busses going to Alcudia, Formentor, Cala San Vicente and Palma. There is also a very active and convenient Taxi stand by the harbour and a shuttle ferry that goes to Port Alcudia and Formentor. Very near the apartment(only a few steps away) you will find plenty of spaces to park your car in the street of Formentor and parallel streets ot it.
