Totalmente exterior, muy luminoso y en una zona tranquila con amplio aparcamiento gratuito. A unos 400m del centro, en menos de 5min caminando tendrás a disposición todos los servicios, opciones de rutas y playas. Con acceso automatizado a la vivienda, encontrarás un salón/cocina totalmente nuevo y equipado, con un cómodo y amplio sofá/cama, baño moderno con secador y ducha monomando con termostato. El dormitorio cuenta con un amplio ventanal, un confortable colchón viscolástico de 150cm y SMART TV de 55". El apartamento dispone, además, de dos equipos inverter de aire acondicionado frío/calor para fijar la temperatura deseada y conexión Wi-Fi.
