Landscaped square with 19 terraced houses next to the beach dunes. Communal garden of more than 1.200 m/2. Very quiet area with no tall buildings in the surrounding area (only villas and townhouses). No vehicular traffic inside the urbanisation and public parking outside the urbanisation, a few metres from the house. Chiringuito on the beach just 200 metres from the townhouse, where you can enjoy a good snack on the shore with your feet in the water.
