If you are looking for a quiet apartment in a beautiful area near the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea, you have come to the right place! Our unique apartment with two 2-person bedrooms offers you that little bit more: WiFi and air conditioning / heating are provided and a flat-screen TV with Netflix access. With ChromeCast you can also view home programs or films and series from your tablet or smartphone with us. The apartment is furnished with modern furniture. Just think of leather seats and tightly-lined cabinets. The most unique is our roof terrace: 67m², completely private, and equipped with a dining area, a lounge, sun beds on grass mats, and a large movable parasol. In addition, you have a gas barbeque available on our roof terrace, including gas bottle! The kitchen is also adequately equipped: coffee maker and Dolce Gusto, (electric) griddle for cozy dining. All of this included in the price, to offer you a luxurious holiday without worries! Our apartment is also ideal to stay during the winter months: the balcony can be completely closed: no fresh sea breeze, but a blissful winter sun!

For two years we have been in the Murcia region, but in July 2018 we became the proud owners of this cozy apartment. After a few thorough renovations we are now pleased to welcome you! You will find us within walking distance of the quiet beaches of the Mar Menor, an idyllic blue inland sea of the Mediterranean. Costa Calida lives up to its name: both summer and winter a pleasant temperature! The sea is also of pleasant temperature, even more: you can walk 100 meters far into the sea before it gets deeper. This of course offers a safe environment for children. On the beach you will also find playgrounds for the youngest holidaymaker here and there. There are also several large playgrounds, amusement parks and water parks within an hour's drive where young and old can enjoy themselves.

Mar De Cristal is one of the many coastal towns on the Mar Menor and is the famous strip at the beginning. In the summer, the region is filled with numerous restaurants and bars. Even the adventurer can charm his heart here by one of the numerous water activities or walks in the nearby parks. This location is definitely worth it for golfers too! There are more than 10 golf parks in the area, such as the award-winning golf: La Manga Club. Would you rather shop one more time? Within 20 minutes you are in the shopping complex of Cartagena, with numerous shops and restaurants. Combine shopping with the local culture and take a look at the local markets. Cartagena also has a lot to offer! With many museums, beautiful buildings, restaurants and many other places of interest, it is certainly worth it.
