Property information

House in Lloret de Vistalegre, set on a rocky high ground which provides a wonderful view of the surroundings. The original building is over 300 years old, was formerly a family home that has been fully restored retaining original features such as the exterior stone walls of the ground floor and some interior elements such as the fireplace in the kitchen, the feeders farm animals that are now a decorative piece of the living room and, finally, a replica of the old wash mud that has been incorporated as part of the decoration of the distributor. The process of restoration of the house has been guided by respect for traditional architecture and construction elements, complemented with comfort, modernity, warmth and modern comfort. Besides housing it has expanded it by adding a second floor and following the same criteria as in architectural restoration. So on the ground floor we find a large hall, a bathroom with shower, double bedroom with access to the outside, living room and kitchen that has been integrated area for the dining room. In these rooms there are furniture and decorative objects ancient and modern, past and present come together to create a house full of contrasts

Lloret de Vistalegre is a small provincial town, with a stop to the last scenic and natural value, entrenched and conservative customs, friendly people and dedicated mostly to dry farming, mainly cereals, almonds and figs, is dedicated to the celebration of the party "is Sequer", considered one of the finest yet most humble fruit as it gives us the Mallorcan countryside. Any celebration of the people accompanied by fireworks fill the sky colors and fantastic shapes, because since 1940 it has been located in one of the largest fireworks companies on the island. Being right in the heart of Mallorca, the distances to the beaches around 35 Km. Although the nearest are those of C'an Picafort, Son Serra de Marina, Colonia de Sant Pere, Calas de Mallorca, Colonia de Sant Jordi or Sa Rapita. This property is idyllically situated in a friendly nature away from the noise and bustle of the city. The perfect choice for those looking to spend a few days break away from mass tourism without sacrificing what the island offers.
