Campanet is surrounded by scenic hiking trails and is a favorite for cyclists, making this the perfect base for nature lovers and adventurers. In just 15 minutes by car, you reach beautiful beaches and towns like Pollença and Alcudia. Palma, with its vibrant culture and nightlife, is only 30 minutes away. The house spans three floors: • Ground floor: Living room, dining area with wood-burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, and a small garden with outdoor dining under a lemon tree. • First floor: Two double bedrooms with queen beds and a second bathroom. • Top floor: Double bedroom with two single beds, cozy library/game room, and a rooftop terrace with stunning mountain views—ideal for morning coffee or sunset relaxation. While there’s no private parking, several free public parking areas are just a short walk away. Enjoy a large smart TV with streaming and gaming options. Board games are also provided.
