The house is built in 1705, it was renovated to become the Boutique Santa Maria Apartments 12 in 2014. It consists of 4 apartments, one on the ground floor adapted for the disabled, and another three on the first floor. On the second floor we find the terrace, open 24 hours a day, so that our guests can enjoy the sun and calm. In the basement is located the cistern, 300 years old, adapted for our guests to visit.
We like walking around the city, ending in "La Caleta" watching the sun goes down, going to "tapas", live the rutine on the streets. In Cádiz, also, You can do every water sport, and hiking around some places in the region. We love to meet with people, and they feel like home. We trNos encanta conocer gente nueva, y que se sientan como en casa,We try that each of our guests enjoy their stay, trying to live up to their desires and comforts.
Our apartments are located in the neighborhood of Santa Maria (birthplace of flamenco). The train station is about 400 meters away. The beach of Santa Maria is about 400 meters (5 minutes walking), followed by the rest of beaches of Cadiz. The City Hall is located about 250 meters (epicenter of the old city). There are dozens of bars and restaurants around. Avenue "Campo del Sur" is 100 meters from our apartments. The Cathedral is about 300 meters. In summary, it is located in one of the most charming neighborhoods of the City, just a few steps from the center and 5 minutes from the beach.
