Geweldig dat je op het terras de ramen kan openen en sluiten. Wij hebben in Januari heerlijk van de zon kunnen genieten door bepaalde ramen dicht te houden en andere dan weer open, zo zaten we niet in de wind maar wel in de zalige zon!

Refurbished in minimalistic Scandinavian style, stunning corner apartment with spacious south-west facing sunny terrace with panoramic sea views. The views are fabulous, to the sea, African mountains, botanical, communal gardens and communal pools. This property is very private, not overlooked and absolutely perfectly decorated. It is bright, modern and fresh and you will definitely want to come back to this luxurious apartment. The apartment has aprox 50 sqm and there is a large terrace of 17 sqm.

Urbanisation Rancho C in Miraflores in Mijas Costa is a renowned place well known for quality and perfectly kept gardens and pools. It is a closed, gated, secured urbanisation with cameras. The high standard neighbourhood of Miraflores has 24 hours security on the streets. The apartment is located withing walking distance to the wide sandy beach (called Bombo beach, very famous), restaurants, bars, tennis club, supermarket, ATM and more amenities.
