Floor 11 of a building built on the edge of the sea, the waves probably caress it. There are 100 m² distributed in 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, kitchen, terrace and a large glazed dining room giving the feeling of being on a boat at sea. Fresh and very ventilated by the sea breeze. Large windows, luxury for winter. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, towels, hair dryer, all kinds of kitchenware, board games, beach chairs and everything you need for a very pleasant stay. Pool with three spaces depending on depth. Private covered parking. The adjoining beach is made of small and medium sized boulders, the adjacent ones of white sand. The seabed is suitable for scuba diving as it has crystal clear waters and soon a meadow of poseidonia. Special prices for monthly or fortnightly payments.
