Are you looking for a holiday apartment with a pool just a few minutes walk from the beach and the Dunes of Maspalomas? This is your space. Our accommodation is located on the second floor of the Solymar complex, in Playa del Inglés, with one of the best climates in the world. It has a fantastic community pool within the complex completely free. The interior of the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to spend a pleasant vacation. The bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and a bedside table with a reading lamp. The living room has a television, a dining table with a sofa bed, a balcony with chairs and a table perfect for eating. Pool views. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking, as well as plates and glasses. The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The building has an elevator. Free parking. We provide bedding and towels. In the surroundings (and just below the building) you will find supermarkets, restaurants, ATM, tourist activities, bazaars, public transport, Playa del Inglés, Yumbo, and much more. 1 minute walk from the beach and Maspalomas Dunes 5 minutes walk from the Cita Shopping Center 15 minutes walking from Yumbo
