This is a rustic Spanish farmhouse with a modern interior, enjoying a very private established garden with its own heated pool. The area is a favourite holiday location with the Spanish, particularly from Madrid, but has not been discovered by UK mass tourism. This is to your advantage as this holiday hot spot has very many attributes. The region is unspoilt Spain with so much to explore; food and drink prices are refreshingly low; and there are so many stunning beaches at your disposal. We are on the edge of a lovely and very friendly village with all your essentials just a five minute stroll down the lane. Located mid-way between Valencia and Alicante airports (just over an hours drive to each) makes us easily accessible with cheap flights. Then you are nestled among orange groves but only a ten minute drive to the amenities of Gandia or 30 minutes to cosmopolitan Denia. Of course if you desire some madness then Benidorm is just a 45 minute drive away, and for clubbers, the ferries to Ibiza are available daily from Gandia or Denia.

Me and my good friend Simon just started this beautiful Finca in september 2024. We both come from the Netherlands, Amsterdam and i have always been working in the hospitality but mostly in restaurants and Simon was a audio engineer and electrician in the past so pretty handy! We have always dreamed of having a place abroad to escape to now and again where we can recharge the batteries. We were lucky enough to fight off fierce competition to buy this Spanish finca which we believe offers an idyllic holiday location for everyone. We offer you a taste of the real Spain in tranquil surroundings. The finca (farmhouse) is on the edge of the village of Rotova in the middle of orange groves. A stroll into the village will give you three bakers, a butcher, three mini supermarkets, a chemist, a florist, hairdressers, a bank with cash machine, four bar/restaurants, takeaway wood-fired pizza house and a tourist information. So you can find all you need on the doorstop but there is also gated parking for four cars. The finca has an established garden with many orange, lemon, olive and palm trees surrounding the private pool with complete privacy. Within a 15 minute drive you can find stunning beaches and scenery, a whole range of restaurants and quaint old towns to explore. We will always meet you on your arrival at the property at any time of the day or night to settle you in, a comprehensive free welcome pack of food and drink awaits you, and we are always on call so you need never feel isolated.
