Welcome to your new home in Zapillo. Our studio is located just 150 meters from the beach and offers all the comforts for a peaceful stay. Enjoy a balcony with side sea views, a comfortable large bed, a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and a Smart TV with Netflix. Enjoy a comfortable and modern apartment, located near the Paseo Marítimo, where not only the beach awaits you, but also restaurants and bars, and a supermarket 200 m away. In Almería it is sunny and warm all year round, so do not hesitate to come, for the winter months the possibility of a medium-term rental. Almería is not just a summer holiday destination! Take advantage of the offer of flights to the local airport.
Hello, I am Monika, I am originally from the Czech Republic and in November 2023 I moved to my beloved Almería. I have decided to start living as expat here and working on my dreams, close to the seaside with the sunshine all over the year. I somehow fell in love with the Almería province and I want to let people know about all the beauties here.
The apartment is located in the Zapillo neighborhood, very close to the beautiful beach and the promenade. In the surrounding area there are restaurants, tapas bars, cafes, ice cream parlors and the Dia supermarket, open every day. A large public car park is located 750 m from the accommodation. Paid parking at the port.
