Includes a private balcony with a table and chairs and access to a communal swimming pool. Perfect for families or small groups. Located in a prestigious area which is close to beautiful beaches, vibrant restaurants, and shops. Parking is included subject to availability. Please note that access to the apartment is digital and requires a smartphone with an internet connection to unlock the exterior and interior door. The remote for the parking is located in a keybox. You will receive all the instructions on how to enter on the day of your arrival. - Please note that all guests (regardless of their age) must fill the legal registration form Orden INT/321/2021, according to the Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with a minor, you'll be requested to indicate the type of family relationship. Refusing to comply the order above will form a formal ground to deny the access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation.
