I, Pauline, a 60 something scot, having holidayed in El Medano during 14 years, moved permanently in 1998 to live the peaceful life in the sun, am happy and proud to be able to offer truly pretty , clean and comfortable holiday homes to others.

This apartment is a labour of love……. furnished with taste and great care to detail. The very private roof terrace makes it stand out from other apartments, shielded from the wind by a safety glass wind break it is the perfect spot for a bit of sun bathing, a bbq, drinks or for just sitting reading a book. The property has underground parking and board storage

Neighbourhood information

This luxury duplex apartment with private roof terrace is within walking distance of everything El Medano has to offer, beaches, shops, restaurants, 15 minute drive from the airport and 10 minutes from a motorway connection circling the whole island. El Medano is a former fishing village, majoritarily spanish attracting families and water sports enthusiasts. There are no discos or loud bars and pubs in the village, they can be found 25 minutes drive away in Las Americas
