With a private 22 m² terrace facing east-southeast, you can soak up the sun all day long—ideal for outdoor breakfasts or unwinding at the end of the day. The loft features a double IKEA MANDAL bed (160x202 cm) with a high-quality Bedlands mattress, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Additionally, there’s a brand-new sofa bed (as of late 2024) measuring 93 cm wide, 173 cm long, and 40 cm high. For your convenience, the space includes free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine, toaster, and water kettle. Sheets and towels are provided by a laundry service used by 4-star hotels, offering a touch of luxury. Located just a 5-minute walk from the beach, this loft is perfect for exploring the area on foot, surrounded by restaurants, bars, and cafes. Please note: The building does not have an elevator. Your stay here will be unforgettable!
