Guests must show a valid form of ID and a credit card of the cardholder upon arrival, if the payer of the reservation is different from the reservation holder, a signed authorisation from the payer must be presented prior to arrival.
Pets are not allowed
Minimum age: 14 years old with adult / 16 years old with parental or legal guardian authorisation and private room. Children under the age of 18 cannot share a room with other people, even if accompanied by adults.

Maximum age: 45 years old. If you are over 30 years old and do not have a student or teacher's card, you must present the Youth Hostel Card, which can be purchased digitally on the website of the Spanish Youth Hostel Network.
