A perfect house to stay as it has all the comforts to stay,smart house type,very good views of sea and mountain,many green areas,a lot of natural lighting,everything in the house is new, has towels, sheets, blankets, sofa beds, heating, barbecue, a small gym area,security throughout the interior and exterior house,lights with movement sensitivity ,inside lights with remote control,etc. A perfect house to enjoy and relax.

A very good area, close to the center and at the same time away from the noise of the city thanks to its height, private, with security of vehicles in mobility 24h,easy access to traffic routes, proximity of supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, public transport, all services at home, has many green areas with very good views of the sea and mountains.
