Lovely top floor apartment in an excellent location, close to all amenities and just in between 2 of the 3 communal pools of this complex. Living-room, dining room, fully equipped independent kitchen with new white goods , 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes – 1 with a double bed and one with a double bunkbed 140 and 90 cm, bathroom with bathtub, a beautiful front terrace with access to the spacious roof terrace, a perfect area for sunbathing and enjoying the mountain and sea views and Alicante.
I like my guests to feel at home
Located in a residential area with free parking outside and 3 communal pools all very close to restaurants, bars and shops There is a folder in the apartment with all kind of infos including excursions, bus tables etc
